| Details: | I called the operator & he let me know that the lab had just informed him that the follow up distribution samples were coliform positive. I let him know that a level 1 coliform investigation will be triggered. I emailed him the investigation template. He said that the chlorine residual was very low on the follow up samples so it's likely a problem is with the chlorination system. He said the he'll work on it to get the residual back up to normal levels. | ||
