| Details: | I met in person with Jon Ream, Store Manger Robert Blakely, Produce Employee and Jon Ogden, Director of Store Development to discuss the operartions and accrued violations for the TNC public water system. Joe Carlson with the DWP contacted the corporate office on 05/09/2018 via phone call and email to alert them of the numerous violations accrued by the system. The water system was not sending in compliance monitoring reports to dwp.dmce@state.or.us as required per their compliance monitoring requirements to meet the 4-log disinfection as well as the reports not containing all the required information. The water system also had over 96 hours in February the minimum chlorine residual of 0.5 mg/L was not maintained. I discussed the need of a public notice to be issued in the store for this failure to meet the minimum chlorine residual and provided a public notice template. This public notice will be posted on the soda machine as well as discussed with employees of the firm. I viewed the compliance monitoring report for the month of May and all the results yielded 0.8 mg/L except for the results entered on the 10th and 11th. I had the store show me that they know how to use the HACH chlorine test kit they have on-site. | ||
