| Details: | The water system had an initial positive sample on 6/6/19. There was one repeat sample submitted by the lab that was absent. The water system was further followed up on and Wayne provided copies of the additional samples that were collected. It turns out that one of them was total coliform positive. This sample result was not submitted by the lab per standard operating procedures. The system had been required to fill out and submit a level 1 investigation form due to not enough follow up samples. The level 1 form is still required but because of the second total coliform sample result. The DRC stated that the level 1 form had been filled out. DWS is in process of obtaining a copy of the form. No additional samples are needed at this time. Samples taken in July and August have been absent for bacteria. | ||
