Details:	The significant deficiencies noted on the previous water system survey were discussed with the three representatives present. The system no longer has a UV light installed and tools were brought to complete by me to complete an O M Manual, ERP, and CSP and evidence was provided to me on 05/11/2018 that these items were completed. I also viewed the well head and set backs from hazards to send information to the DWP regarding the incomplete plan review for the well in use, L83657. I am awaiting repsonse from the DWP Springfield office to ensure the information obtained is adequate to close out the incomplete plan review. The coliform sampling is up to date and this deficiency should be corrected in SDWIS as well. The public notice for the failure to maintain 0.5 mg/L in the month of February was also provided to me via email and has been sent to the DWP.
