Details: I spoke with Ms. Lewis and discussed the repeat positives, a level 1 investigation, and temporary routines in September 2019. She stated finger contamination as likely cause.
I will be assisting on the level 1 and conducting a sanitary survey of the system on Sept. 10, 2019.
