Details:	Facility has had high Arsenic levels in past testing. Facility had water company inspect well and treatment. Facility has noted that treatment has failed and is listed in contact report regarding high arsenic. Facility contacted me to let me know they are applying with for a grant with USDA, have had a company survey the well for reconstruction, and have received estimates for a new well and new treatment system for the community. the community is on water restriction due to low output of back up well. facility is not on a bi-lateral agreement with the state or county but is working on correcting any water quality issues related to the water system.
