Details:	Killions has had 3 TC+ in 1 year’s time. DWS’s threshold for putting a PWS on residual maintenance or UV treatment includes 3 TC+ in a 12 month period. System has a pre-existing UV light. No plan review was completed when system was activated. Visited system and informed Herjinder Toor (owner) to contact Jay MacPherson and discuss UV light.
