Details:	We traveled to the Cloud Cap Saddle area to visit the non-public facilities connected to the ‘USFS Cloud Cap/Cooper Spur’ public water system and liaise with significant community stakeholders. We also examined the spring area during the site visit. The purpose of the site visit was to confirm signage and other alterations inside non-public facilities related to the boil water advisory. We also discussed proposed repairs to the spring box (see 2015 water system survey). During the site visit, we determined that the signage and alterations were adequate regarding the ongoing boil water advisory.
