| Details: | ALERT-COLI19225/COLI19232 Positive Routine Total Coliform Result. On 10.10.2019, I received email from Mr. Davis reporting that they have completed the L1 investigation. A copy of the investigation was Emailed to the DWS Compliance office on 10.14.2019 On 10.07.2019, I contacted Ms. Cathy Davis to remind her that the Level 1 Investigation should be completed no later than Oct. 18, 2019. She stated that the L1 Investigation form will be emailed to me by 10.08.19. I also reminded her to collect 3 temporary routine samples by October 31, 2019. On 09.06.2019, I contacted Mr. Jim Parks, the system operator. Mr. Parks was notified over the phone of the positive Coli. sample collected on 09/03/2019. Mr. Parks believes the sample was contaminated during the collection process. This was his first time collecting a water sample and he forgot to remove the aerator before collecting the water sample. Mr. Parks informed me that he already collected the 3 repeat samples today. The triggered sample will be collected on 09/09/2019. Actions needed: Collect 3 temporary Routine samples during the month of October (10/01/2019 - 10/31/2019). |
