Details: | From Leah """Hello, We just received this in the mail concerning the Coliform tests at Rock Creek. Do I need to report this to the State or does it go to the state automatically? Do we still need to follow up with the LV1 investigation paperwork? Thank you.""" Email came with an attached water quality analysis with three repeat samples, all absent for total coliform. Answer from me """Leah, I'm glad the repeats came back absent. If you look at the bottom of the water analysis report, it has a small subtext that says "send results to DHS-DWP PO Box 14350, Portland, OR 97293-0350". Now I am not completely sure that this is instructions for you to mail it there yourself or if it's for the water quality lab to do. I wonder if you checked with the lab to double check if it would clear that up, I would like to know as well if you get the answer. At any rate, I sent the results you emailed to me to compliance.dw@state.or.us which means its reported to the state now anyway. As our conversations with the state went before, if the results had come in before 8/23 and were negative it should mean that the lvl 1 investigation is no longer necessary. On that email I sent to compliance I copied my contacts with the state asking that same question so you shouldn't be without an answer too long. Thank you for your work on this matter. """ The results were forwarded to the compliance email, Michelle Byrd, Abbie Spielman, and Michael Charles at the state with the question if the Lvl 1 investigation request is no longer needed. |
