| Details: | A routine coliform distribution sample was collected on 9/4/19. It tested present for total coliform bacteria. Keith called and we went over the follow up sample requirements. The system needs to take 3 repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples. Further action may be needed based on the results. | ||
