Details:	Two additional MPA tests are required for Fern Valley Well #4 during the wet season. 5-20-19 – Jared Sylvester met with Fern Valley Estates WD representative Mark Elias on site, and the MPA sampling apparatus was setup for Well #4. The testing apparatus was connected to the spigot inside the pumphouse with a bypass hose connected to allow the pump to run continuously to prevent overheating. The pump was switched to manual operation, the apparatus calibrated for the correct flow and pressure per testing guidelines. The testing ran over night, then the sample was collected, packaged and shipped via UPS to Boise Analytical Lab. Lab results to be submitted with Technical Assistance Contact Report.
