| Details: | Discuss with operator the 3 repeat distribution samples that were positive for coliform and the trigger sample that was absent of coliform. There are 4 1,200 gallon storage tanks in this system. The operator inspected them yesterday for any obvious signs of sanitary defects and found nothing obvious. We discuss the possibility of submitting a coliform sample from each storage tank to determine if a pathway of contamination exists in one specific storage tank. During this conversation, I confirmed with operator that there had been no recent loss of pressure or construction.
