| Details: | I contacted Glen to remind him to submit the initial samplings associated with all the installed arsenic POU units per final approval plan review letter. He indicated he would submit required samples and that he had only sampled his house as of the AM of 9/12/19. Faxed Glen copies of Conditional and Final Approval Letters for reference. Requested Glen to post updated public notice regarding Arsenic per compliance schedule and fax copy of notice to me in a follow up voice mail. Also emailed Jesse to remind him of the need for the initial arsenic POU samples and submitted as soon as possible. | ||
