| Details: | Talked to Gary Fromm. He will follow the coliform sampling plan and take 3 repeat samples and 1 from the well head. 1 triggered sample from the well head. 3 repeat samples: 1 repeat sample from the tap you took the original sample 1 repeat sample within 5 connections downstream 1 repeat sample within 5 connections upstream If any of the repeat samples are positive for coliform bacteria, call Kaline Chavarria (541) 265-0433. If any repeat samples come back positive, the next step is a Boil Water Notice. We will do a Level 2 Investigation. This process is meant to eliminate any problems in the system. Additionally, next month in March 2017: 3 temporary routine samples are required to be taken. The systems web page has this information too.
