| Details: | I called Mike and he was aware of the arsenic detection of 0.011 mg/l. He said he just added new filter media earlier this year. He will be going onsite to investigate and will follow up with me with any findings next week. I let him know the monitoring schedule will remain on quarterly. Mike called me back to report that the treatment was accidentally left in by-pass. He said he is going to collect another sample. I reminded him that a bypass valve is not allowed for arsenic treatment unless it is physically separated (such as a pipe spool) as valves can leak or fail. |
