| Details: | Phone conversation with Sterling Dailey. Facility is aware of Arsenic issue. Facility had maintenance on Arsenic System - new gaskets around pipe fittings. System was not flushed properly and samples were taken. Facility will flush system and take confirmation sample with-in 2 weeks. facility will move to quarterly monitoring for arsenic for 2 quarters - then assess. | ||
