| Details: | We received an automatic email from the Oregon Drinking Water Services program (OHA). They wrote: “Significant deficiency corrections are due by 10/01/2019 at CASCADE LOCKS, CITY OF (water system ID# 00172). Please verify the corrections were completed and submit the date of correction or submit an approved correction action plan to compliance.dw@state.or.us. If corrections were not completed and an action plan is not appropriate, notify Drinking Water Services and enforcement will be initiated if appropriate. See https://yourwater.oregon.gov/sitevisits.php?pwsno=00172 for deficiency details.” We forwarded this information to Cascade Locks public water system along with a copy of our letter from 4/26/19 that details the mutually agreed upon corrective action plan. A copy of this letter may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department. |
