| Details: | Contacted operator to follow-up on deficiency correction. Nothing has been completed - former operator did not leave current operator any information about the water system survey and requirements for correction. Emailed the new operator the survey, survey letter, and documents needed to correct deficiencies. Advised new operator that correction are listed as due Oct 1st. Advised to review survey and provide alternate dates for correction of deficiencies. Advise that one of the deficiencies was lack of plan review on chlorination that was added to system in 2015. Provided state DWS contact for plan review. | ||
