| Details: | We sent an email that said: "...USFS Wyeth public water system has triggered another ‘Level 2’ water system investigation because the follow-up samples following the 9/3/19 sample that was positive for Coliform bacteria. Anytime a system that has had recent ‘Level 2’ investigations, and misses repeat samples, a new ‘Level 2’ investigation is triggered. If those samples were taken as required, please re-submit those tests to the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services program... If those tests were taken, we can cancel the ‘Level 2’ investigation. If not, please provide me with a time that we can meet and perform the ‘Level 2’ investigation.
