| Details: | Firm was inactive on SDWIS, firm was activated by ODA on 7-20-17, SDWIS was d today. No testing has been received from firm since the change of ownership happened in July of 2017. Visited with Owner, Bob Hall, who stated that Cascade Water Systems has been taking water samples for him. He stated he would contact them and email me copies of reports and then be sure they start including his PWS ID on lab forms. One Arsenic sample is due from distribution system. Nitrate sample is due. Coliform routine sample is due. Assessment sample prior to chlorination is due. |
