| Details: | This contact report is in response to a turbidity violation. The water system reported 3 of 31 turbidity readings at 1.5 or above. This is 9% and will result in a 95% treatment technique violation that requires a public notice. I tried to call Josh with no answer. Followed up via email forwarding DMCE's public notice requirement and sending web link to DWS public notice template and guidance web page. | ||
