| Details: | Today a phone call was made to the system operator. During the conversation it was discussed that the facility had taken 2 nitrate samples during the 2nd quarter of 2019 and therefore had no nitrate sample recorded yet for the 3rd quarter of 2019 with one week left in the 3rd quarter. The operator explained that she would be taking the nitrate sample tomorrow. During the conversation it was also discussed that the facility is required to record chlorine residuals on quarterly coliform lab slip. It was also discussed that the facility is required to keep a daily log book for chlorine residual values. The operator explained that they have been keeping this log book and submitting monthly log as required. | ||
