Details: Gene notified me on Tuesday, September 17th of a routine total coliform positive sample collected on Monday, September 16th at the Boones Burough sample station. The wells in use at the time of the positive coliform samples were:
  • China Hat Well 1 (SRC-AA)
  • China Hat Well 2 (SRC-AB)
  • Tekampe Well B (SRC-GB)
  • Tekampe Well C (SRC-GC)
  • Parrell Rd Well (SRC-HA)
  • Dyer Well 1 (SRC-JA)
  • Deschutes River Woods Well 1 (SRC-IA)
Three repeats in distribution including the triggered source samples from the above wells will be collected. Gene will notify me when the results are available.

On Thursday September 19th, I received an email from Gene that all repeat and triggered source samples were absent. No further action at this time.

Update: On Wednesday October 2nd, it was learned that Riverbend Wells 1 and 3 initially reported as active were offline for the season as of September 11th. Gene verified via email that the two active wells not previously reported were Tekampe Wells B and C.
