| Details: | Joel reported that a routine sample collected yesterday (Thurs. 9/19/19) from sample station #93 came back positive for total coliform (absent E. coli). The sample site is located in the upper elevations of their service area, along SW Barnes Road adjacent to Finley-Sunset Hills Cemetery. Chlorine residual at this site appeared good at 1.41 ppm. Joel did not indicate a possible cause for the positive. Three repeats will be collected today 9/20 (upstream, downstream, and the original site). No triggered source sample from the Grabhorn well is required since it was not running at the time. Will wait for results of repeat samples that should be available Sat. 9/21/19 and respond accordingly. UPDATE: Joel reported Sat. 9/21 that all repeats were negative. No further action required at this time. | ||
