| Details: | Phone conversation with Robert. This morning the chlorine injection meter failed and requires replacing. Facility used ERP and started pumping/injecting chlorine into well #2. Facility will monitor chlorine residual and note if chlorine residual falls below .2 as required for this facility. residual was tested at .68 in AM. facility is aware to notify residents with public notice if residual falls below .2 for 48 hours. | ||
