| Details: | I contacted the administrator of the school to let him know that all of the follow up samples were positive for total coliform. He had spoken with the DRC & found out the school had a valve replaced over the summer between the well and pressure tanks. I let him know that any work on the system that involves replacing equipment could introduce coliform. I emailed him the level 1 coliform investigation template & let him know it needs to be completed in 30 days. He said they are planning to do a disinfection of the system over the weekend. | ||
