Details: Spoke with Jason over the phone during his semi-annual inspection for the restaurant to discuss the pending Source Assessment violation. Jason was under the impression that he had already submitted his source sample. We discussed sampling from the well head, before the UV treatment, and labeling the container as a source assessment (Src-AA.
Also discussed where distribution samples should be collected.
