| Details: | I made a site visit to follow-up on the two source violations noted on the Level 2 investigation: bolt loosely sitting in the hole of well plate and sanitary seal having a gap that a small stick can fit down. Upon looking at the wellhead a plastic, perforated, capped vent had been installed in the hole where the loose bolt had been sitting. The sanitary seal still had a visible gap between one edge of the casing wall where the well plate has a gap. An earwig was noticed climbing up through the hole. A small stick can be passed down the hole. Graham called well repair service while I was at the firm, which agreed to stop by the firm within the next few days to look at the issue. | ||
