| Details: | Resident is complaining about brown water. It seems like it was always brown in her experience. I explained aesthetics do not indicate poor quality necessarily, but encouraged her to contact the regulator Joel Ferguson and Matt Olson. Apparently Hiland Water/Olsons did not have any answer for her and simply asked if she was on vacation, which she was not. |
