| Details: | I contacted Julian Ochoa and notified him that Drinking Water Services is requiring Hubbard 76 to begin monthly monitoring. DWS management have stated that despite communication that appears to indicate an agreed upon alternate compliance schedule in response to the systems May temporary routine positive, that three repeats and a triggered source sample were required to be taken within 24 hours at the system and reported promptly. The system failing to do so was a violation. This violation in conjunction with the recent level 1 investigation, is sufficient to trigger monthly monitoring. I notified the firm that DWS has mailed a letter regarding the move to monthly total coliform testing. I will send Julian information about rule requirements for moving back to quarterly testing total coliform/E. coli monitoring. | ||
