| Details: | The water system had collected its routine sample on 9/16/19 and it came back positive for total coliform bacteria. David said one follow up sample was collected. I explained that a total of 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample were the required follow up. He mentioned the use of off the shelf chlorine and didn't know that it was not allowed for use in a water system. An email was sent with the product and vendor information in our area for the approved chlorine | ||
