| Details: | Spoke with Tony over the phone to discuss the missing coliform samples. Tony was under the assumption that he was finished with his year of monthly testing and could begin quarterly sampling again. I informed him that he would have to restart his minimum of twelve months of consecutive sampling beginning in September. He requested to have something in writing stating what he needs to do to return to compliance. | ||
