| Details: | The following written notice was discussed and provided to Herjinder Toor in person on 9/24/19: This is a visit to discuss the required installation of a chlorination system to treat the well water supplying the store. Herjinder (Harry) Toor stated he has discussed a chlorination system with a local well water company that provides service to the store. Mr. Toor will provide a timeline for installation of chlorination treatment by Friday, September 27, 2019. Failure to establish a timeline for corrective action will result in enforcement action by Oregon Drinking Water Services. Chlorination treatment equipment requires plan review. Please contact Jay McPherson at 541 726-2587 x57 to begin the plan review process. Do not install chlorination equipment until plan review is complete and disinfection has been approved. | ||
