| Details: | I called both owners of the Silver Falls Country Store but was unable to reach them directly. When the store opened on Monday, I called the store and spoke with the acting manager. She notified me that the store owner had taken a handful of samples and was on the way to the lab with them. It sounds like the store owner successfully took the required three repeat samples and single source sample following the recent total coliform positive (COLI19340) on the monthly routine sample for September taken 9/26 and analyzed 9/27. A short time later I heard back from from Junay, one of the store owners. She confirmed that she was dropping off the repeats and source sample. She stated that nothing had changed with the system since the previous repairs were performed. She stated that the system does not have a working UV light at this time. She mentioned that it has been raining very heavily in the area of the store for the last two weeks. |
