| Details: | I contacted the school & Mary informed me that William Hawkins was no longer the operator for system. She said that the maintenance supervisor Tom Seidel is now the operator for the system. She had Tom call me back. I let him know about the total coliform detection from sample date 9/27. He said that the lab had contacted him about the detection. I let him know that they would need to take a source sample & three repeat samples in the distribution system. He indicated that the samples will be taken right away. He also indicated that he has been to the small water operator class. I let him know that he needs to call OHA to get the paperwork in to be designated DRC. I will update the contact information for the system. | ||
