| Details: | Follow up for deficiencies noted during 8/23/2018 survey. Met Julia on site and she submitted and we discussed: -Coliform sampling plan showing routine, repeat and triggered sampling sites. We discussed valving off the reservoir line and cycling pump when taking raw source sample to represent well water. -O & m and erp completed -Julia submitted DRC form with SGWO training certificate. These items are considered corrected. Continue initial and ongoing chemical sampling. |
