Details:	All 3 of the repeat samples showed the presence of total coliform, which confirms the presence of E. coli in the Sept 30th sample. This calls for a boil advisory. Two DWS staff tried to reach Matt by phone this (Friday) afternoon, as did the staff at Analytical Lab, but none succeeded. Subsequent phone messages directed Matt to the email that Jay MacPherson (DWS) sent him with instructions on issuing the advisory over the weekend.
