| Details: | Discussed Positive Total Coliform Water quality alert: Coli19326 regarding routine water sample from Mills office - Women's room sink. Hans mentioned that his error for the positive sample was mostly like from gasket was still in place when he removed the faucet aerator. He only realized it was still in place when he returned to take the three repeat samples. Three repeat samples taken within 24 hours of being notified. |
