| Details: | I spoke to Ann regarding the TC+ results from the current monthly distribution sample. She informed me that they has already submitted three repeat samples and a triggered source sample. On 10/4/18 Ann informed me that three repeat distribution samples were TC+ and that the triggered source samples was negative. They were moving forward with shock chlorination of the storage tank. She provided me with a copy of a notice sent to the community. I informed her that a compliance letter would be sent from DWP along with a level 1 investigation template. I forwarded the template in advance. We discussed that it would be a good idea to take a special sample after shock chlorination was completed and the system was clear of chlorine. We discussed returning the level 1 investigation within 30 days of the receipt of the compliance letter. We discussed that revised coliform rule does not require a follow repeat samples in the following month because their coliform sampling schedule already requires a monthly sample be taken. |
