| Details: | The water system had collected their routine coliform bacteria sample on 10/1/19 and it was positive for total coliform bacteria. Follow up samples were collected on 10/3/19 and one repeat and the source were positive for total coliform. The system is planning some operational chlorine flushing. A level 1 was triggered for the system and the form to fill out was sent on 10/7/19. No additional samples are required at this time. | ||
