Details:	Nathan was not familiar with the sample results being above the MCL. He was informed by letter as was Josh Armstrong that the sampling would now be quartlery for four quarters for DBP's Nathan said he used a different faucet because the one he had been using has been dismantled with a school remodel. The school is installed a new well so Nathan was also informed that the quarterly sampling may discontinue if a new source is activated and the current source deactivated.
