Details: THIS IS AN ALERT FROM THE 3RD QUARTER. THIS SYSTEM WAS SUBMITTING SPECIAL SAMPLES THROUGHOUT THE 3RD QUARTER TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NITRATE REMOVAL TREATMENT SYSTEM THAT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. COMPLIANCE AGREED TO HAVE ONE OF THESE SAMPLES REVISED AND SENT TO OHA-DWS SO AS TO NOT INCUR A VIOLATION FOR THIS TIME PERIOD. THIS NITRATE REMOVAL SYSTEM IS NOW REMOVING NITRATE BELOW THE MCL.
