| Details: | DEQ lab notified us that the cyanotoxins sample collected 9/9/19 arrived with a cap on the bottle that was different than the one sent with the bottle. DEQ lab contacted the operator on 9/10 and requested a resample. Replacement sample collected 9/16 arrived at the DEQ lab over temperature so DEQ lab again requested a resample from the system. Friday 9/19 DEQ lab reported they did not receive a sample (no sample reported for the monitoring period). | ||
