| Details: | Sample was taken from a swivel faucet that likely caused the positive total coliform sample. Three repeat distribution samples will be taken and one triggered sample from the wellhead. Firm will look into how to remove aerators from restroom sinks, which are not swivel faucets for future samples. | ||
