| Details: | I spoke with Amrit Singh, operator of Center Market #25. He double checked with this water lab and paperwork and confirmed that two quarters of routine testing for total coliform/E. coli were missed by the store. I explained to him that the store would be receiving a letter from the Oregon Health Authority: Drinking Water Services. This opportunity letter would explain that the system could take a Make-Up total coliform/E. coli test and then after a waiting period take their Routine quarterly total coliform/E. coli test for the 4th quarter. If both the Make-Up and Routine test are received and are clean, the system may be allowed to stay on a quarterly testing schedule for total coliform/E. coli. If these tests are not received properly, the system will be moved to monthly sampling of total coliform/E. coli. I asked Amrit to search his mail and keep a close eye on the mailbox for the Opportunity letter from Drinking Water Services. I have asked that he contact me at the end of the week if he has not found or received the letter. |
