| Details: | Speak with the wife of the operator regarding the positive coliform sample submitted on 10/11. I instruct her that two more temporary repeat distribution samples are required. She claims that these will be submitted this afternoon. I also mention that her husband and I should communicate about steps moving forward, specifically sources of contamination and disinfection. I had contacted her after the positive sample of September 26 with specific instruction to collect a well sample and 3 distribution samples. Unfortunately, these instructions were not followed. It should be noted the laboratory did this as well. I am not sure where the disconnect is in this situation. I do have her email and have sent links to OHA-DWS resources and a coliform sampling plan. I have offered to come and visit this system and discuss this situation. There appears to be some resistance to work with me. I will continue to call and email for documentation purposes. | ||
