| Details: | Neilson Research contacted me this morning to inform me that the operator submitted on two temporary repeat samples from the distribution system. Contact operator who will be submitting today one more distribution sample as to maintain compliance. He informs me during this phone call that the two samples submitted on 10/11/19 were positive for coliform. He reports that he has disinfected the distribution system twice since the original positive sample dated 9/27. After which three special samples were submitted with an absent reading of coliform. He and his staff will be reconsidering the pathway of contamination and further disinfection. | ||
