Details: Spoke with owner, Gabriel, over the phone. Asked Gabriel why he wasn't doing his coliform sampling and he stated that he thought he was going back to quarterly. I told him that he has to sample for an entire year on the monthly schedule before he could get off monthly and he has to request to go back to quarterly after a year through me. He will continue to sample monthly starting this month.
