| Details: | The system did not submit a routine quarterly coliform sample during the second quarter of 2018 and the third quarter of 2019. The coliform sample submitted on April 22, 2019 was listed as a routine sample and not a make-up sample. I informed Mr. Tamaska that he has the opportunity to submit a make-up sample in October that must be reported by 11-10-2019 and a quarterly sample collected during the same quarter at least one week after the make-up sample in order to not have to increase to monthly monitoring for 12 months. Mr. Tamaska said he collected and submitted a routine sample on 10-7-2019 and will collect and submit a make-up sample today. | ||
